Any one know what that shock that bolts through your body as you are only falling asleep?

I have other wondered what is with the muscle spasm that rolls through your body as you are going to sleep. Is this your jittery system releasing your muscles to rest for the night??
I am waiting for someinteresting answers Thanks contained by advance! that's a virtuous observation. The shock occur because of the discharge of neurotransmitters (chemicals that neurons use to communicate with one another) that occur just prior to falling asleep. People believe this have something to do with paralyzing us---so we don't accomplishment out our dreams.
