i have free rotation surrounded by my ankle joint that`s why i often winding up up twisting or just hurting my ankle. any theory how to deal beside this problem and how to prevent it. A lot of it will be rehab related.
This involves strengthening up the muscles in the nouns. Unfortunately there aren't closely of muscles directly in the ankle, but a bit the ligaments and tendons that connect bone to bone or bone to muscle. If you have have prior injuries and have worn out the ligaments, that may be a reason.
The shoes you wear also factor into this. Shoes may oblige make your stepping more stable. However, if you wear the wrong type of shoe, it would not back. For example, if you tend to be an over-pronator, you may need shoes that compensate for that. You may also want an ankle brace that will help provide some support to the mutual.
use sports tape and video it. that's what i do. and it helps.
When I be 14, I was diagnosed beside having Rheumatic Arthritis, and I hold suffered from this problem myself. A sudden twist and you find yourself faltering and crouching on the floor, an excruciating discomfort shooting up from the ankle.
Please see a doctor to see if you you have an bug like mine. Try wearing shoes next to Ankle Guard. And watch your cargo. If you are overweight, you tend to have more problems beside your ankle.
